Socal Bank Now Providing Long Term Financing for Multi-Tenant Properties with 33% or Less Cannabis Occupancy!
EN Capital has recently come to work with a bank who has decided to open up their capital to our network!This lender is offering fantastic terms on cannabis to qualified borrowers with a property that has a cannabis tenant that occupies 33% or less of the total space. Here are their terms.
Geography: California
Will go out of state on a select basis.
The investor should be based in the Los Angeles area
LTV up to 75%
Term: Up to 10 years
Debt/Yield minimum of 10%
Loan Fee 0.50%
Interest rates correspond to Libor Swap Rate plus 2.50% range.
Deal Size:
Up to $10M
Could go higher but the underwriting becomes more restrictive
Recourse required
