EN Capital is happy to announce that we are working with a new fund focusing on acquiring hospitality assets.This fund has significant capital they're looking to deploy into early 2019 for the acquisition of boutique hotels.

    • 120 - 300

  • Property Type:

    • Ideally 2-3 star limited service hotels, however, they will look full-service properties priced to move.

  • Location:

    • Western US (markets within a two-hour flight time from Southern CA) or properties located close to major universities nationwide.
