2022 Is Coming To An End, But There's Still Time

You have 45 business days remaining in 2022. 

You don't have much time if you need a commercial loan between now and year-end. However, if you act NOW, there is just enough time to get a loan closed and funded before New Year's Eve. 

We know that everyone is busy. We're super busy, but this is where the fun begins. Personally, I love Q4. Things in the CRE industry tend to move slowly most of the year, but Q4 is when all the stops get pulled, and things get done. This year seems to be no exception and seems to be bubbling over with even more pressure than usual due to the Fed's rate hikes. However, deals are getting done, and funds are being distributed.

Some loan types take too long to be done by the end of the year, but others are fair game. The types of loans we're seeing getting done are bridge loans, around 65% LTV/C.   • Loan Sizes: $5M - $40M

  • Interest Rates: 8.99% - 11.99%

  • Lender Fee: 2 - 3 points

  • LTV: max 65%

  • LTC: max 65%

  • Term: 12 - 36 months

  • Property Types: Multifamily, Industrial

  • Recourse: Full PG

  • Closing Time: 7 - 10 Business days after signing LOI

  • Geographics: Nationwide, but primary markets move faster
