They underwrite ALL THE ASSETS (not just the real estate) of the whole operating company INCLUDING THE VALUE OF THE CANNABIS LICENSES
They have the ability and the desire to do LARGER LOANS ($10M - $100M+)
The size of their loans are constrained by 3 different metrics:100% of the basis of the real estate3x total company EBITDA55% LTC for new constructionThis group is actively seeking deals in LIMITED LICENSE STATES (sorry California) and is currently pushing hard for a strong Q3/4 pipeline.
