Multifamily Bridge Lender Looking For Class A/B Properties
Very good colleagues of EN Capital have recently told us that they're aggressively looking to deploy bridge capital on class A/B multifamily projects nationwide at crazy low rates...see below.What's more, in addition to these great interest rates they're also providing what they're calling "light-touch construction" financing. It won't cover ground-up construction but will cover renovations and construction completion needs (completion must be within 6 months).We know this group well and have closed a number of deals with them to date so when they say they have funds ready to go then it's "all hands on deck." They're looking for for deals sized $10,000,000 and up and are pricing their loans in the 3% range! If your deal is under $10M they won't consider it, sorry.Right now they're looking for:
Deal Size: $10M+
They really want to see large deals. The bigger the better ($100-200M+) so, unfortunately, nothing below $10M
