      • A focus on major markets such as DC, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Miami

      • Plus prime locations in secondary markets

        • Avoiding states without conforming QOF legislation

  • Debt LTV Thresholds:

    • 60-65% Construction

    • 65-75% Stabilized:
