Preferred Equity/Mezz Investor Interested in Existing + Ground-Up Multifam & Industrial Deals
It's a good time to be looking for funds for multifamily and industrial as we've had another group reach out to us and let us know they're sitting on money they need to get out the door.This is another good friend of EN Capital and they're looking to provide pref/mezz pieces on either existing multifamily/industrial deals or ground-up multifam/industrial.They'll consider opportunities nationwide but will only go behind banks or low-cost debt funds (no HY debt funds). They also need the last dollar of their capital to be no more that 75% of the stabilized value. This group will provide 50-70% of the total capital needed above the senior debt with the rest of the capital coming from the sponsor.Right now they're looking for:
Mezz or Pref Equity
Check Size: $3 - $12M
Property Types:
Multifamily
Industrial
24-month minimum lockout
Low to mid-teens yield (IRR) between rate and points
Deal Types:
New Construction
Renovation/rehab
Conversion
Geographics
Nationwide
