They just closed a large deal, and now they want more.They're a private, nationwide bridge lender looking for CRE professionals who have multifamily, industrial, or hospitality projects. The only products they won't lend on are land, development, or ground-up construction (value-add has a green light). If you have other projects like marinas, or gas stations, things other groups would say no to, they're all ears. This lender is typically non-recourse.
