March 18, 2021  - EN Capital today announced that it has now helped finance over a dozen cannabis commercial real estate transactions to date. This milestone is a major move for EN Capital on its mission to help cannabis real estate owners get the capital they need for their businesses to thrive.

"Cannabis CRE financing, while still relatively young, is finding its legs and growing into a much more refined niche within the real estate industry," says Nate Whigham, CEO at EN Capital. "Traditional capital sources willing to take federal forfeiture risk and lend on cannabis properties are extremely rare, but we're approached almost daily by non-traditional capital sources looking to get into the market and deploy funds."
