This group is primarily focused on Co-GP joint venture deals, but they're also willing to provide LP equity on a selective basis.They're looking for: 

  • Deal Size:

    • $15M - $50M+ 

    • Ranging from 50%-90% of the required GP Equity  

  • Total Project Capitalization

    • $100 - $500M 

  • Geography:

    • Top 25 Markets in the US

  • Property Types:

    • Multifamily

    • Condominium

    • Office

    • Hospitality

    • Mixed-Use Retail

    • Student

    • Industrial

This platform will also:

  • Enter into joint ventures during pre-development

  • Will take administrative entitlement risk (not discretionary entitlement risk)

  • Will sign or co-sign completion guarantees
