Some Good News in Finance for a Change! While a lot lenders are pulling back from construction, we have a lender doing high-leverage construction loans on condominium development deals at a pretty attractive cost of capital.They'll lend up to 90% LTC at a rate slightly less than 10%, which today is very attractive. Must be an experienced sponsor in a primary or strong secondary market. They won't lend on Type-I construction, only Type-V.
