Investors Looking to Buy Notes
Investors Looking to Help Lenders Offload Paper
Look, everyone knows that the near-term economic outlook looks tough. The secondary paper market is drying up and banks are shuttering their CRE lending doors left and right and we don’t how long this will last, hopefully this passes quickly. This may be a good time to rebalance or offload distressed notes in your loan portfolio. We’ve had multiple investors reach out this week asking to see any deals that people need to get off of their books. If you have a deal that’s in limbo because a secondary buyer has gone dark or you have a deal that was predicated on a booming economy to be successful, then we can help. Let’s take this fight head-on and take care of everything before it has a chance to become a real problem. Right now, the capital sources that have reached out to us are looking for:
Property Type: All types
Geography: Nationwide
If you have a deal that fits this criteria then send us an email and let’s start chatting today.
P.S. If you're brand new to the EN Capital newsletter; each week we promote a new capital source for a variety of commercial real estate properties. So if the above lender is not relative to you, the chances are high that we'll have the perfect capital source for you soon.P.P.S. If you have a commercial real estate deal, unrelated to the above, that needs capital right now reach out to us and let's chat!
