We’re jumping into the New Year and hitting the ground running. In-bound deal flow is ramping up quickly and the appetite from the capital markets is much higher than 12-months ago. The sponsor looking for an equity partner (fund or family office) that would be willing to spend some upfront time on sponsor due diligence getting to know them, their platform, experience and capabilities. Once the relationship is established the sponsor would intend to move quickly with this partner on high quality off-market deals as they present themselves.
