New Credit Product - Loans Secured Only by Data

While the credit market in general is contracting, we have a new and unique lending product to share – a loan secured solely by your company’s data.

This is very attractive non-dilutive capital secured solely by the data with no additional guarantees or covenants.

Data is considered an intangible asset under GAAP accounting standards BUT you know that your company’s data has real value to your business and if it has value to your business than it likely has value in the overall market.

This lending platform was founded by data valuation experts, they know how to value and monetize data sets of all kinds.

Examples of exceptional data collateral:

"Deep datasets" which contain many attributes or fields per record
Datasets with a steady flow of user or data interactions
Datasets that are unique within specific geographies or industries
Datasets from deep-tech companies like biotech, analytics, AI, or research companies

Their process is very simple, you submit a sample of your data set, they’ll analyze and value it. Based on the value, they’ll provide a loan offer. The loan is secured only by the data set and is non-dilutive subordinate debt.

These are typically one-year bridge loans but can refinanced on an annual basis if the data maintains value. They can also increase the loan amount as the data set grows. They are industry agnostic and can look at more exotic industries like cannabis or space companies.

This is a great option for companies that are data-driven to monetize an intangible asset and provide capital in a time when fundraising is getting tougher.
