New Fund Looking to Acquire Off-Market Hotels

EN Capital has recently started working with a new fund that is actively seeking to acquire off-market hotel assets. This fund has significant capital they're looking to deploy for the acquisition of flagged & boutique hotels located in the Western US and properties close to major Universities nationwide. 

  • Room Count

    • 120 - 300

  • Property Type:

    • Ideally 2-3 star limited service hotels, however, they will look full-service properties priced to move.

  • Location:

    • Western US (markets within a two-hour flight time from Southern CA) or properties located close to major universities nationwide.
