Lower Cost Bridge Lender Expanding

A 10-Year old Balance Sheet Bridge Lender is expanding quickly. They have $600M+ deployed and are looking to grow. This lender provides two unique advantages:

1. They’re priced competitively at SOFR + 350-450 (7.8% - 8.8% today)

2. They underwrite primarily to the fully stabilized value of the asset, which means leverage relative to total cost can be higher than other lenders (no, they’re not doing 100% LTC loans)

This group underwrites quickly and can close deals fast. They’ll look at all property types (even special purpose assets), nationwide and are typically non-recourse. While they’re bridge focused they can look at select construction loans for high quality multifamily deals.
