• Interest Rate: 12%

• Fees: 2-3%

• Max LTV: 70%

• Deal Types: Construction, Rehab, Fix & Flip

• Property Types: Apartments, Townhomes, SFR (for sale and rent) and Condos

• Markets: Southeastern US (Florida, Georgia, Carolinas, Alabama, Tennessee)

• Prepayment Penalty: None
