The One Week CRE Funds Shouldn’t Skip in 2026
If you run or raise capital for a commercial real estate fund, Miami Alts Week is one of the few weeks that actually compresses outcomes.
This January, we’re hosting the Private Wealth Commercial Real Estate Forum, followed immediately by our flagship Uncorrelated Miami 2026 conference. They’re designed to be attended together — and for CRE funds, the combination matters.
The Private Wealth Commercial Real Estate Forum is where the real estate conversation is concentrated.
It’s a focused, one-day program built specifically for CRE fund managers, developers, and private credit platforms engaging with private wealth. The emphasis is on where capital is actually moving, how underwriting and structures are evolving, and what family offices and wealth managers expect from CRE sponsors heading into 2026.
Importantly, this is also an opportunity for CRE funds to meet investors who don’t typically attend the standard CRE conference circuit — allocators who are active in real estate but primarily spend their time in broader alternatives, private credit, and multi-asset forums rather than CRE-only events.
The main Uncorrelated conference is where incremental capital shows up.
Many family offices and institutional allocators don’t allocate to CRE in isolation. They allocate across alternatives — private credit, infrastructure, energy, and real assets — and rebalance between them. These are allocators who still write checks to CRE managers, but rarely show up at traditional real estate conferences.
Why CRE funds attend both
The Private Wealth Commercial Real Estate Forum anchors you as a serious real estate operator.
The broader Uncorrelated conference expands your access to allocators who control capital across the full alternatives landscape — including those you won’t meet on the usual CRE conference circuit.
Funds that attend both use the CRE forum to set the context, then leverage the broader conference to deepen conversations, secure follow-ups, and position themselves within larger allocation discussions — not just another CRE pitch.
If you’ll be in Miami that week and capital formation is a priority in 2026, this is one of the most efficient ways to compress meaningful conversations into a single week.

What’s Uncorrelated?
A series of alternative investment GP/LP conferences focused on bringing together capital allocators, fund managers and other members of the alternative investment community. Uncorrelated was launched in response to complaints we kept hearing about the regular circuit of GP/LP events. Here’s what makes it different:
It’s more LP friendly. No mandatory meetings with GP’s that don’t fit your mandate and no investor badges, so you don’t get mobbed by the water cooler
It’s more affordable for small and mid-sized managers (attendee tickets are NOT $25,000)
Uncorrelated is built by veterans of the industry who prioritize authenticity, accessibility, and community over exclusivity. Our Co-Founder, Geoff Marcus, was the chief architect of Miami Alts Week (Founder, Alphametrix Events; Co-Founder, Context Summits).
